Before your first visit, all NEW PATIENTS must schedule an intake with the Social Worker. Occasionally we are unable to accept any more new patients because we are at capacity.

Medical Clinic

Tuesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 1pm and 6pm

Twenty-five patients are seen at each clinic on a first come, first served basis. Registration is one hour before the clinic opens. Medical clinic is closed on the 5th Tuesday and Thursdays of the month.

Mental Health Counseling
Wednesdays at 3pm
Adults are seen by appointment only. Call (313)961-7863 for an appointment.

Cabrini Clinic is closed the 5th Tuesday or Thursday of the month.
